hey can any one help me
every time i try to load rtcw my computer freezes
and when i try to figure it out it gives in error about nvidia driver not
working properly.i downloaded the driver again and its the same.
please help
have not played in hours
going crazy

A couple maintenance steps I could suggest. First, make sure your video card is seeded properly. Second, go into device manager and remove your video card from there. Reboot your computer making sure you have a copy of the drivers. When it reloads try re-installing drivers then.

what i would do is
delete all ur graphics drivers

restart ur computer in safe mode

and then reinstall all graphics drivers from the CD

you could try and turn down the hardware acceleration in the display properties>settings>advanced>troubleshooting.

freezing problems are nearly always a hardware conflict. and more often than not it will be ur sound card conflicting with ur graf card. try updating ur motherboard drivers sound card drivers and graf card drivers. also make sure that you have onboard sound turned off in bios.

i'll put money on it having something to do with a creative soundblaster sound card ;)
