Of course. And they're trying to do an investigation on this. How do you investigate something like that? How? It's not possible.

Some people are saying it was planned, if so they should be fined. If not, it's not CBS or MTVs fault, so they should leave it and move on.

It looked a little too "staged" to not have been planned. Not sure which laws were broken exactly? I've seen a lot more exposed skin for longer periods of time. From pictures and video I've seen, she had the nipple covered didn't she? Making it not a whole lot worse than a bra or bikini top. If it was a "wardrobe malfunction".......what exactly were we supposed to see? I think they just need to move on. It was probably just a tad raunchier than it shoulda been, but it can't be undone so I think they should just move on.

???
They shouldn't get fined. Discovery shows this kind of stuff all the time.
It was educational. We all learned that all of the Jacksons' careers are over.

Discovery is not a Public Brodcast therefore the could have porn on if they wanted to

Don't we have more things to worry about than a breast shot on t.v.? It wasn't that bad, at least it was someone attractive :p .

I dont think it's really their fault, but they are responsible so they will get fined regardless. I don't however, see why this was a problem, it's not like they killed a baby on live TV.

Yeah- that would be a tad bad!:(
I think they should be fined- purely as an example to others that you can't show 'bad stuff' like that so openly, or before the watershed.:)

Ok, I really dont see why it's "bad stuff". It's not like she did it in the middle of a power rangers episode, it was the super bowl.

well, the superbowl was in front of children, and although it did not scar them for life in any way, this should not be allowed on public tv, but if it were on cable tv then i would have no problem with it

I still don't think it was a big deal.

Who here has honestly never seen a female's chest? It's not like people will never see them unless of course they're gay, but then they will probably still see some. I don't see why people try to protect the young when it's just going to happen eventually.
